Our mission is to help investors find

Today I have a property portfolio generating over $150,000 passive income each year as I continue to grow on my own individual investing journey, but I realised that I can turn my passion into helping others generate their own wealth and so I came to founding Smash Property Investing. 

Using what I learnt building my own property portfolio and the inside knowledge accumulated of how the banks operate from my 13 year career with Australia’s Big 4 Banks, I now work with clients through the end to end property investing process.

In the last phase, we guide you through taking action, assisting in property selection, negotiations for price and terms, conducting thorough due diligence, and ensuring a seamless settlement process. This includes introductions to Property Managers for added convenience.
